The camp was built by my grandparents Edward and Margaret Gawley in 1951. They originally had a small general store in Perrault Falls but later went on to cut the road into camp. They started out with only a few cabins and some outhouses paving the way for Gawleys Parkview Camp. After slowly adding cabin by cabin as well as a full service campground it was my parents Raymond and Shari Gawley who really put Gawleys on the map. I was born and raised on Wabaskang Lake, fishing, hunting and camping all my childhood life. It was always my ambitions to one day be the 3rd generation to operate Gawleys Parkview Camp. Now my wife Afton, two girls Everly and Aislynn are happy to be your hosts for many years to come.
